Constructing a hybrid building between two existing buildings with a busy street out front and a tight alley in the back, is no easy task. General contractor, Tri-Stad Construction, led the way on this project and hired Beam Craft to supply and install all the engineered wood-joisted floors.  Beam Craft also provided the feature red oak heavy-timber stair treads at the Whyte Ave entrance.
