The Alberta Block is one of the few 100 year old buildings in Edmonton, and it has undergone several additions and renovations through the years. The renovation of the Alberta Block building in downtown Edmonton was a unique challenge for our team of carpenters.  Old internal bearing walls were replaced with a glue-laminated post and beam structural system which created more open and flexible tenant spaces. The sagging floors were also reinforced and repaired on all six levels.
