Scope of Work: 

Beam Craft was responsible for the combined scope of supply and installation of all mass timber and connecting steel components on the new entrance lobby for the Waap Sa’mn building at the Coastal Mountain College. The design featured glulam columns and structural rod brace bays with a CLT roof plate.  This post to plate design with no beam work creates an uninterrupted ceiling space that fits well with the new renovation.

Beam Craft was pleased to renew an old relationship with Novacom Building Partners and work together on this project.
