The Glenora Westblock 300 is a 3-storey glulam post & beam, mixed use building with glulaminated timber (GLT) floor plates.  This GEC Architecture design will gain much attention locally and internationally, as industry professionals watch the emerging mass timber market gain momentum.

Beam Craft scope of work on the Glenora West Block 300 building is nearing completion as all of the GLT have been installed.  Our team is honoured to be selected to play a major role in this landmark project. A special thanks to the developer (In-House) and their consultant team, GEC Architecture and ISL Engineering for bringing their vision and expertise to this development. 

This is our first job award with Pagnotta Industries (construction management).  We have developed a strong and productive working relationship and look forward to more opportunities to partner with their team in the future.
