Beam Craft joined the project planning design team in the early stages of the project.  Our experience as professional mass timber installers was leveraged to fast track the mass timber structure design.  Our detailing and project estimating staff was able to give feedback to the Construction Manager, Chandos (Edmonton) as the project design iterations were considered and finalized.  

In the fall of 2021, our install team was on site working with survey and welding trades to locate and connect all base plates.  During the months of November and December, the glulam post and beam frame was installed and braced with steel rods.  The roof was partially covered with GLT panels while remaining areas with steel decking.  The mass timber components were designed and supplied by Western Archrib of Edmonton.
