Scope of Work: 

Beam Craft was subcontracted by Chandos to install the mass timber package provided by Kalesnikoff Mass Timber. The Mass Timber products utilized in the new fire hall structure were, glulam columns and beams and Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels for floors and roof areas. 

This hybrid structural design has become more common in the industry and Beam Craft is consistently growing in our expertise of steel and concrete and mass timber integration thru project experiences such as the Maplewood Fire Hall.
