The MEC South Commons was a large tenant improvement project led by Chandos Construction.  Beam Craft was subcontracted to assemble interior and exterior mass timber features using glulam beams, columns, and CLT panels.  Loading these heavy components into an existing building and trouble shooting difficult installations has become something our team is known for.
