Scope of work: Installation of mass timber and log structure

Beam Craft installed large glulam beams over the gymnasium space and glulam columns around the perimeter of the school.  Mass timber components were manufactured by Structurlam.   A special highlight of this project was the opportunity to work with our friends from Nicola Log Works of Merritt, B.C.  Beam Craft and Nicola modelled both steel connections and four large feature log columns that are the focal point of the gathering area in the new school.  Thanks to JEN COL Construction for having us as part of their team.
