Scope of Work: 

Beam Craft was excited to work on this challenging project and provide timber expertise to Alfred Horie Construction and their client.  We provided detailed design, heavy timber supply and installation for the newly renovated entrance to the Simon Fraser University Diamond Alumni Centre building.  Made from solid sawn coastal British Columbia Douglas Fir timber, these heavy timber canopy shelters will provide weather cover for patrons accessing the building.  Two coats of Sansin wood stain were applied in shop which allowed for a late fall site installation.
