Beam Craft was awarded the installation of mass timber components on this new 5-storey hybrid residential low rise.  Once 14 North Construction had completed the concrete parkade and transfer slab, Beam Craft  mass timber crew provided specialized labour to execute all steps and tasks for the assembly of glulam columns and beams as well as CLT walls, floor and roof panels.
